As a native Floridian, he served in the US Army for 22 years as a medical entomologist. Following his military retirement and immediately following his last assignment to the Armed Forces Pest Management Board, he was hired as the Technical Director of Education and Resources by the National Pest Management Association. In addition to providing forward-thinking pest control services that focus on the judicious use of pesticides, the company provides consulting services, pest identification services, training, technical writing and presentations, quality assurance, etc., to other pest management companies, private and government agencies.

Dr. Kramer received his BS in Agriculture (1969), MS (1975) in veterinary entomology, and his Ph.D. in urban entomology (1987) from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Entomological Society of America and a Board Certified Entomologist in Urban and General Entomology. For 14 years, Dr. Kramer co-owned and operated a top-100 revenue-producing company in Maryland, DC and Virginia before returning to his native Florida where he and his business partners Josh Kramer (his son and long-time pest control business partner), James Young and Stephen Kramer to bring his expertise to Floridians.
While Joshua was fascinated with his father’s entomological studies, Joshua attended the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, and upon graduation, he embarked on a seven-year journey in medical sales at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and later at specialized cardiovascular niche-firm Kos Pharmaceuticals. After obtaining considerable world-class sales training, experience early success in cardiovascular/metabolic sales, he was routinely recognized for year-over-year of top-10% sales growth.

Protecting your family and home is at the center of everything we do. The safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities will always be our first priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have a greater impact on the communities we serve, we have taken additional actions to ensure that we will continue to provide our essential services to protect your family and home safely and without interruption.
Prior to arriving at your home, our technician will call to confirm your appointment as usual. If you are scheduled for interior service, we will ask if anyone in your home is sick with viral symptoms, currently under quarantine, or been diagnosed with COVID-19. If the answer is yes to any of these questions, we will only perform exterior services during our visit.
When servicing indoors, we will always utilize the appropriate personal protective equipment such as face mask, shoe covers, etc.
Our service team continues to follow all health precautions such as regular hand washing and disinfecting tools and equipment after every visit.
