Home Shield Program

“We’ve got your pests in our crosshairs!”

Our Home Shield Programs are “inclusive“ preventative pest plans designed for homes with low-moderate pest pressure. Our Home Shield plans allow for quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly service visits based upon your needs. Our tropical climate infused with steady rain, higher levels of humidity, less seasonal temperature fluctuations and biodiversity of pests create pest pressure around your homes and the subsequent need for ongoing preventive maintenance.

Because most pests originate on the exterior of structures, our Home Shield Plans are designed primarily for an exterior-based program. You can have peace of mind that if covered pests return, so do we—at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Termite Service

If a home has a subterranean termite issue, termite damage, inaccessible areas and/or evidence of the previous infestation, the termite treatment price will be determined at a rate of $7-8 per linear foot around the perimeter of the home and pending homeowner approval, treatment will be planned and subsequently performed.  Free retreatment where live termites are found at least six months after the initial subterranean (Reticulitermes spp.) treatment (liquid Termidor HE) or after colony elimination is declared (if bait treatment performed).  This is NOT a damage guarantee.

The subterranean (Reticulitermes spp.) service is limited to the specific structures listed on our proposal and diagramed, photographed (or appended).  The graph includes only those areas that were visible and accessible at the time of the inspection and does not cover areas such as, but not limited to, areas that are enclosed or inaccessible, concealed by wall and ceiling coverings and insulation, floor coverings, furniture, equipment, stored articles or any portion of the home or structure in which the inspection would require removing or damaging any part of the structure.  Drywood termites, Formosan termites, or any other species are NOT covered and this is NOT a damage guarantee—for damage past, present or future.
