Our Home Shield program is an exterior-based barrier program, as most pests originate on the exterior of structures. Our plans are divided into three parts: quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly, all tailored specifically to your home’s unique layout and pressure points. Also, with our service, the Home Shield program, you can be assured that if covered pests return, we will take care of them at no additional charge.

Our Services

We provide two different services: 1) Initial Service and 2) Regular Service.

Initial Service Visit

Our initial service covers the following points:

We perform inspections of the home and document pest entry conditions.
We remove spider webbing from the interior, exterior, and lower level of the home.
We perform a non-repellent foundation treatment on the perimeter of the home.
We inspect and remove visible wasp nests and spot-treat property for isolated ant colonies.
We treat non-food plant beds and permissible areas with insecticide granules.
We document findings, products used, and weather in the customer profile for instantaneous electronic tickets (delivered instantaneously at the completion of service via email).

Regular Service Visits

Our regular service covers the following points:

We perform regular service 4 to 12 times per year, depending on the plan.
We remove spider webbing from the interior, exterior, and lower level of the home.
We perform a non-repellent foundation treatment on the perimeter of the home.
We inspect and remove visible wasp nests and spot-treat property for isolated ant colonies.
We treat non-food plant beds and permissible areas with insecticide granules.
Callback Guarantee : No charge for callback treatments in-between scheduled visits for covered pests.

Termite Service & Exclusions

For properties with active subterranean termites, accessibility limitations, or previous infestation records, pricing is calculated using a linear foot rate along the perimeter, tailored to your property’s conditions.

Our Liquid Termidor® HE treatments and active baiting systems include a complimentary retreatment guarantee if active subterranean termites (Reticulitermes spp.) return within six months of initial service.

Coverage is limited strictly to subterranean termites. Drywood termites, Formosan termites, and other non-subterranean species are excluded. This agreement provides control and treatment services only; it does not cover structural damage repair for past, present, or future termite activity.
